Saṃsāra and Nirvāṇa are Identical

By Satiman

Saṃsāric is the world of sentient beings
Nirvāṇic is the world of Tathāgatas
The busy city akin to Saṃsāric world
The serene forest like Nirvāṇic world
The worldlings discriminate
A true Bodhisattva does not

In a mundane living environment
A Bodhisttava does not cling
In a supramundane state
A Bodhisattva also does not cling
Transcending both mundane and supramundane
A Bodhisattva does not perceive any distinction

For a true Bodhisattva
There is no necessity to enter Nirvāṇa
And live in the world of Tathāgatas
He ceases reifying the four signs
He works to liberate all sentient beings
But no sentient beings are liberated

For a true Bodhisattva
Saṃsāra and Nirvāṇa have one taste
The taste of liberation through non-clinging
Having ascended, he self-actualizes Prajñāpāramitā
Having descended, he serves with Mahākaruṇā
This is true manifestation of Bodhicitta
