Psychology and Spirituality

Psychology, centre of intellect
Connected to our mind, awareness of our thoughts
Spirituality, realm far beyond thoughts
Connected to our inner processes, awareness of our feelings
Psychology and spirituality, segregation needs not be

Who am I? Why am I here? Questions appear thus
Spirituality, an answer to all that
Life without fear and avoidances
Detach from our egos
Neutral that we are, freedom that we will see

Emotions are reflection of the mind,
No longer a ‘thinker’
But an ‘observer’ instead
Thoughts that were attached now vanished
Ultimate freedom, true liberation.
