The Unreal and the Real are bridged into Oneness of the World

K.Wong

Chariot constituted from components
Merely conceptual fiction
Merely designation
Not real, ultimately
Chariots is merely phenomenal

The chariot is really empty
Each component does not stand alone
They are conglomerated into a Unity
All components dependently co-arisen
Each component is thus empty

Emptiness is only the Reality
The world is both manifest and unmanifest
The manifest is phenomenal
It is unreal and illusive
The unmanifest is the absolute Reality
It is Emptiness which is real.

The many are the manifest
The One is the unmanifest
The many is moving
The One unmoving
The One and many are reciprocal

The many is the Appearance
The One is the Reality.
Appearance,
the shadow of the Reality
Worldings worship appearance

The adept discern both
The manifest and unmanifest
The two-fold Truth of Theosophy
The communal Truth of Wisdom
Religions – different braches of the same tree

Editor’s Note:
The Poem encapsulates the relationship between the conventional truth and the ultimate Truth. The relationship is parallel to the relationship between the world and the God. The God is Truth and the world is illusion or imagination.
