Three-fold Training: Morality, Concentration and Wisdom

K.Wong

Avoid evils
do good
and purify the mind

Abstain from
Onslaught of living beings
Taking what is not given
Improper sexual relations
False speech
and Intoxications

Foster
Lovingkindness and compassion
Generosity and charity
Blamelessness and propriety
Truthfulness and sincerity
and mindfulness and awareness

Meditate tranquilly
Stilling the mind
Contemplate mindfully
With clear awareness
the Body
the Feelings
the Mind
and the Phenomena
Silencing the chatter of mind

Contemplate insightfully
Wisdom arisen
Realize
Dependently co-arisen emptiness
Mentally nirvāṇic
Consciousness
Becoming pure, luminuous and infinite
What is to be done
has been done
No more to be done
Becoming nobody
And yet somebody
worth to be esteemed and venerated
