Ultimate Truth of Dependently Co-arisen Unity or Non-duality

K.Wong

A Gnostic enters into Non-duality
Dwelling in the oneness of the world
Neither you nor I
You and I are parts of the Whole
Immersed in the bliss of Emptiness
of self and others
in the silence of the chatter of the mind
the eternal taste of Nirvāṇ̣a
in the cessation of ordinary consciousness
Dwelling in pure infinite consciousness

The trees’ oxygen sustains my life
My carbon dioxide preserves their photosynthesis
Intimately we are connected
I love the trees
They love me too
In holistic organicism we are one
In symmetric relationship with all
Non-duality between myself and the trees
Not only in non-dualistic relationship with the trees
But in unity with everything in the world

Radical interpenetration of all things
In the Dharma realm of interwoven network of interdependence
Contigent entities of conditioned phenomenon are empty
Independent entities are mental fabrications
Separation or alienation in multiplicity is mere illusion
Like mistaking the mirage as water
Water is mere appearance
Mirage is the Reality
Unable to distinguish Reality from appearance
We are forever to be unsaved soteriologically
