The Communal Truth of Wisdom: Discover the Truth

K.Wong

Human personality
merely a conditioned phenomenon
jut a unity of contigent  conditions
Five aggregates are the contigent conditions
The Real is only the  Unity
The illusory are the many
The many is the phenomenal world
Impermanent and empty they are

The Unity is the Absolute
That Unity is Emptiness
The Unity is in the many
The many is in the unity
The Emptiness is Form
The Form is Emptiness
Annihilation of self is Emptiness
The many are servants of Emptiness

Without the Unity or Emptiness
No phenomenon can be sustained
The phenomenon disintegrates
Unity contains  you
You are contained in  Unity
Not contigent upon parts
Unity does not exist
Reciprocal are the Absolute  and the phenomenon
Ethics sustain the  unity of becoming

Do not conceive of  self
Neither do you act individually
Individualism is  separation
Ego is mind of cankers
It slams the door shut
Divorcing  you from  the Unity
It shatters Emptiness
It breaks the mould of Unity

Editor’s:
This poem communicates inter-faith understanding of the communal Truth of Wisdom between Buddhism and Monotheism.  Both  faiths are Process  or Perennial Philosophy. Process is the Reality of dynamic process becoming. Emptiness makes process becoming pertinent. The change is perpectuted by the natural law of Dependent Co-arising. Because of the attributes of Emptiness and Dependent Co-arising, the creative advance of the world is incessantly perpectuated.
