Thank you for your continuing support in viewing the sixteenth issue of our Internet Magazine, "The Buddhist Door".

"Buddhism in a Nutshell" Part XIV covers topics about the stages and the time leading to enlightenment. As we pointed out before, this is meant to be a simple introduction to relatively advanced topics. Our intention is to arouse the readers' interest rather than to provide answers to such profound topics.

"Zen Story" continues with the fifth story, "Leaving and Carrying". In the section on "Diamond Sutra", we present the commentaries on Chapters 16, 17, 18 and 19. "Meditation" is the fifth topic in the series "Good Question, Good Answer" by Ven. S. Dhammika. In the section "Dharma Dew", Reverend Eshin continues his contribution with another article "Karma".

Acknowledgement for the sources of some contents: The contents in "Buddhism In A Nutshell" are based on the book "What Is Buddhism?" by Hsu Heng Chi, translated by P.H.Wei, and published by the Buddhist Association of San Francisco. The English translation of the Diamond Sutra is taken from "A General Explanation of the Vajra Prajna Paramita Sutra by Dhyana Master Hsuan Hua", published by the Dharma Realm Buddhas Association, Incorporated, San Francisco, California. The section on "The Five Precepts" is taken from the book "Good Question, Good Answer" by Ven. S. Dhammika.

We hope that you enjoy this issue. We also would like to hear from you any comments or suggestions

We look forward to seeing you again in April.
