《香港佛教》創刊於一九六零年六月一日。創辦人是覺光長老、松泉長老、元果長老,本刊每月出版一期,距今已越四十年之久。而有目前之成就,皆賴十方諸山長老護持,佛門四眾弟子的共同努力,以及廣大讀者愛戴和支持。

《禪露》雜誌由中國嵩山少林寺和少林慈善福利基金會共同主辦。全國九屆人大代表,河南省佛教協會會長,少林慈善福利基金會會長,少林寺方丈釋永信法師於1996年5月創刊。
廈門南普陀寺閩南佛學院主辦,設置有︰貝葉新傳”、“靈山舊事”、“潮音論壇”、“緇素名賢”、“雲水閑吟”、“大千塵剎”、“心燈點點”、“七寶樓台”等欄目,文章內容涉及︰三藏典籍的詮釋或註解等。
《正法眼》雜誌是由已故中國佛教協會趙朴初會長題寫刊名、湖南省民眾政府宗教事務局主管、湖南省佛教協會主辦的會刊,全國政協常委、中國佛教協會副會長、湖南省佛教協會會長、長沙市麓山寺方丈聖輝法師於1994年10月所創辦,季刊,16開本。

法音創刊於1981年,是中國佛教協會主辦的全國性佛教月 刊,創辦人趙朴初、現任主編學誠法師,它的前身是現代佛學 (1950-1964,共144期)。法音以“發揚佛教優良道統,提倡 間佛教,啟迪智慧,淨化人生”為宗旨,主要面對佛教徒、佛教文化研究人員和佛學愛好者。
《菩提》為菩提學會會刊,創刊於一九八六年三月十五日。創辦人是永惺長老,初為小報,五十六期後改為書本,每月出版一期,至今已出版十多年。

It accepts scholarly contributions, in Hindi and English, pertaining to Buddhist Studies in various disciplines such as anthropology, archaeology, art, history, philology, philosophy, politics, psychology, sociology etc. as well as those dealing with texts and translations. It will include reviews, notices and bibliographical information. It may reprint old articles of abiding value and importance. The Journal of Indian Philosophy publishes articles on various aspects of Indian thought, classical and modern. Articles range from close analysis of individual philosophical texts to detailed annotated translations of texts. The Society was founded in 1881 by T.W. Rhys Davids "to foster and promote the study of Pali texts ".
