A Light in the Darkness

In darkness, even one light can brighten the path and bring comfort. The light of Dhamma is much like this. It lights up our life and brings us happiness and joy.

Since the first Wayfarers album, people from all ages are introduced to Buddhist songs and gain inspiration in the Dhamma. I met many people who came to know the Buddha's teachings after listening to these songs. Children sing the songs even as they learn to speak the first few words in English. Youths sing them at gatherings and camps. Even people from other countries write in to say how much they like the music.

I know of a man suffering from terminal cancer. For a few days he could not get sleep or rest because of terrible pain. Someone passed him some Wayfarers tapes. After listening to them, his mind became peaceful and he fell fast asleep. He passed away peacefully two days later, with the music playing.

I hope you'll enjoy this album and gain inspiration in the Dhamma.
