Program Reminder
Please follow the time schedule and arrive at the venue for each activity 5 minutes before the start of the program.- Please turn off mobile phones at all times during the event. In case of emergency, please make your call outside the event hall.
- We appreciate your help to keep the venue clean and tidy.
Things to bring
- Big towels or scarves for meditation (meditation mat/ chairs are provided)
- Socks to keep your feet warm - you always take off your shoes before entering the hall. You are recommended to bring your own shoe bag.
- Avoid wearing shorts, miniskirts, and clothes that are too tight, revealing, transparent or making noise (eg. nylon clothing)
- You are recommended to bring your spill-proof water bottle. Hot water will be provided.
- Lunch will not be provided and you are recommended to bring your own light lunch to continue your practice during lunch time. Otherwise you can go to the student canteen nearby for lunch.
Things not to bring
- There is NO service for storage of personal items. Please avoid bringing valuables and take care of your own belongings.
